Your privacy
What this website does and does not do with your information — in plain words, not legal ones.
LAST UPDATED 19 SEPTEMBER 2026
This policy covers hipdiscovery.com — the website you are reading right now. The Bill Hub iPhone app is a separate product with its own policy, which you will find on the Bill Hub privacy page.
The short version
There are no accounts on this site, nothing to sign up for, and no forms that ask who you are. It never asks for your name, your email address or your payment details, and there is nowhere to type them. What follows is about the three things that do involve you: the ads, privacy-first site analytics, and the ordinary record any web host keeps of a page being requested.
Advertising
This site may show optional ads supplied by Google AdSense. Only pages with advertising placements ask about optional ads. The ad script is not requested until you choose Allow optional ads. Choosing Continue without ads leaves the rest of the website available. Pages without ad placements do not ask for advertising consent or load AdSense.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or to other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- Advertisers may also use web beacons, your IP address and similar identifiers to choose which ad to show and to measure whether it worked.
You can turn off personalised advertising at any time in Google's My Ad Center, and you can opt out of many other advertising vendors' cookies at aboutads.info or networkadvertising.org. Turning personalisation off does not remove the ads; it stops them being chosen from your browsing history. Google explains what it and its partners do with this data on its partner sites page.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Google's advertising rules also require a Google-certified consent management platform for personalised ads. This site's simple ad-choice control is not a replacement for that platform. Third-party embedded players have their own privacy controls.
What your browser stores
The site remembers a handful of your own preferences so it does not have to ask twice. These live in your browser's local storage on your own device, are never sent anywhere, and are not tied to a person: which clip source and window you last chose, how dense you like the clip grid, how you sorted the emotes, your timezone for the schedule, whether you have dismissed the live bar or the exit bar, the optional-ad choice you made, and when you last visited so the site can tell you what is new.
Clearing this site's data in your browser settings removes all of it. The site keeps working; it simply starts from its defaults again.
There is also a service worker — the thing that lets the site open when your connection drops. It stores copies of pages and images on your device. It holds no personal information.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views, visits and real-world page performance. Cloudflare describes this service as privacy-first: it does not collect or use visitors' personal data, and it does not track individual visitors across Cloudflare customers' websites. The beacon uses browser performance information and is added automatically by Cloudflare Pages; this site does not run Google Analytics or a tag manager.
To learn which parts of the site are useful, using a link, button, filter, or another explicitly measured control also sends one tiny request back to hipdiscovery.com. Its address contains only a short event type, page, area and control label. A link target, when recorded, is reduced to a host/path label with its query string and fragment removed. It does not send the text you type, a visitor ID, or a profile about you.
When available, Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine stores those small event dimensions so aggregate trends can be compared over time; the site's ordinary Cloudflare request analytics remain a fallback counter. Neither analytics path relies on cookies or localStorage, and the interaction counter does not fingerprint visitors. Aggregated reports can include dimensions such as page path, referring site and total activations. Cloudflare explains its Web Analytics service in its Web Analytics documentation.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, Cloudflare records the requests it serves — the address requested, the time, your IP address, and the browser you used — to deliver the page and to block attacks. That is Cloudflare's processing, described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Some parts of the site — the countdown, schedule data, the item shop, and the replay list — are assembled by small functions running on the same host. They fetch information that is already public from Twitch, YouTube, Discord and Epic Games, and they receive nothing from you beyond the request itself. Reminder controls link directly to Discord, Google Calendar, Twitch or browser alerts where supported. The optional calendar-file endpoints, when used directly, generate the file on demand and keep no copy and no address.
Things embedded from elsewhere
Twitch and YouTube players are embedded on some pages. Once you press play, those companies can set their own cookies and see that you watched, under their own policies — Twitch's and Google's. Links out to Discord, TikTok, X, Instagram, Facebook, Kick and the Epic Games store take you onto those services, where their rules apply and this policy stops.
Children
This site is a gaming and streaming hub for a general audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices
- Block or delete cookies in your browser's settings — the site works without them.
- Change whether to allow optional Google ads using Cookie choices in the footer of pages with advertising placements in the footer. Withdrawing permission reloads the page if the advertising script had already been loaded, to stop new ads from appearing.
- Turn off personalised ads using the links above.
- Clear this site's stored data to reset every preference it remembers.
- Use an ad blocker if you prefer. Nothing on the site is withheld from you for it.
Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR, or California's CCPA and CPRA — you may have further rights over personal information. Because this site holds no account and no database of visitors, there is usually nothing here to hand over or delete, but if you want to ask, the email is below.
Changes to this policy
If what the site does changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated. Anything significant appears here before it takes effect.
