Help with HQBackground for Mac.

Set a wallpaper

Open Today and choose All Displays or Primary. Custom display targeting is available with Pro. A display selected for automatic rotation must be connected.

Import or remove a personal wallpaper

Use Import in Library or Settings and choose a supported image. HQBackground copies accepted images into its own local storage. Free access includes five imports; Pro supports unlimited imports. Manage and remove imported copies in Settings. Removing an imported copy does not delete your original file.

Restore or manage Pro

Open the HQBackground Pro panel and choose Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used for your subscription. Manage Subscriptions opens Apple's subscription settings. Canceling renewal normally preserves access through the paid period.

Community sharing

Discover and private recommendations work with Community sharing off. If you enable sharing, this week's Like and Not for me choices are sent to Apple CloudKit. In Settings → Community, Remove Published Votes deletes your current weekly ballot. See the privacy policy for retention and broader deletion requests.
